It really bugs me that it is not a requirement for guests to have a clear photo of their face for their profile ID. Imo, and in the interest of host safety, Airbnb should make that mandatory. Ideally, the guest photo should be taken from their government ... Latest reply by Marie8425

The same thing has happened to me! I had 42 five-star reviews, then received another guest review where they gave me 5 stars in every category, yet my overall rating dropped because they left a 4-star overall score. Airbnb has now reduced my rating to 4.8... Latest reply by Marie8425
