If I understand you correctly, and apologies if I misunderstood, you only want to host guests from abroad? I am sorry but it's against Airbnb policy to discriminate by nationality, race etc. so you cannot specify that you will only host foreign guests. 

Some hosts will advise not to host local guests because they think that normally means trouble as they may be planning to throw a party or use your listing for illegal purposes (I personally have not found this to be the case), but that just means people from your local area, not from the whole country!

I have no intention of discriminating anyone or a nationality. Since, we are going to host guests at our own place, where we live as well, the right to welcome preferred guests should be our entitlement, I guess. That's the whole sprit.
