I am not able to host because of the error on airbnb and customer service is beyond frustrating.

The address under ‘regulation’- update short term license - the address automatically showing is not matching with my listing address. How can this error happened and how come airbnb so called specialist team kept lying about they finishing the request but it is not. And specialist team refused to give a call, they insist on Email which is another accuse for not doing their job. I am not able to host even today because no one in Airbnb doing their job. Very disappointed. Airbnb customer service has hit the new low. It was wonderful years ago.

Hi @Leiwen0 , have you heard back from the Support team since you posted? Have you managed to work out the address error?

No one helped me. I called multiple times and no specialist really helped to resolve this simple issue. I am not able to host for weeks. I am very disappointed with Airbnb. Other platforms are honestly much faster and efficient.
