Who would help when having problems with Pay out? Airbnb says the reservation has been paied but my paypal account does not show that. The guest has been already 1 week in the propperty and I haven't receive money.
I am a new hosts but I had been able to receive reinburstments as guest.
So I am not sure why the transaction has not been successfull.
Hi Valentina. I got my money. It takes time so I can only recommend to be patient. Airbnb is a unique concept so it is hard to measure their customer service. I find it very efficient. Good luck with your rentals!

I had a guest stay just over 3 months ago now for 10 days. Total payout was around $1500. Still have yet to be payed. I have called multiple times every week since. I've sent multiple emails and still no response. I was told it has been sent to the fraud dept, but the fraud dept do not accept incoming calls!?!? They keep telling me i'll get a call back in 24 hours and have yet to get that call. I've called so many times i tell the person on the phone exactly what they're going ot tell me and they still tell me the same thing I just told them. I've gone as far as refusing to hang up the phone until I can speak with multiple managers. Finally, they will just tell me what i want to hear and that they will call me to confirm the payout. Still waiting for that call. I guess I will just continue to call and call and call. Unless anyone can tell me another option. I'm about to go on LinkedInand message an exec to see if that works!!! **!! All I want is a call back to give me an update on the status of my claim and tell me whats going on!!!
Being that AirBnB is such a big Co you'd think they pay me out and deal with recovering the funds themselves since $1500 isn't much to them, but its a mortgage payment to me. Any advice would be appreciated!!
About 6 months after guest stay, I'm happy to say it's been resolved and I've been payed in full. $1500!!!
All the advice I can give is to stay persistent and eventually you'll get payed.
Did they provide a reason for the delay in your payments?
Did they ever send you an email apologizing?
They did the exact same thing to me.. They are con artist I recommend not doing any further business with them. They have no intentions of paying you and don't give a **bleep** they just ripped you off. Run!!! I wish we could get this company shut down

I'm currently going through exactly what you described with customer service. I have called almost every day, chatted multiple times and even the issue "currently being resolved" since Nov 14th, it is now December 1st.
I emailed all the execs like you said, twice, very thorough and "nice" emails explaining my situation. Obviously no response, except for 1 executive's automatic reply saying she's no longer with the company.
