I need to talk to someone about creating a new list. I have 3 separate bedrooms, so I know I have to have 3 listings. One listing is already done and it is listed.

I need to talk to someone about creating a new list. I have 3 separate bedrooms, so I know I have to have 3 listings. One listing is already done and it is listed.

So, to create a new listing... can I use the option "create a new listing" or "duplicating an existing listing" on my regular listing (Sharing the Blessings) ?

Hi @Marcia777

Are you going to ever offer the entire home in addition to the rooms separately? If so, you would need a "parent" listing for the entire home and 3 "child" listings for each bedroom you are offering. You would have to link the calendars to prevent double bookings if this is the case. You can use the duplicate listing feature, but will still have to go in finish each listing. Host that do this find it helpful to keep sections of the listing in Word as a backup and just copy and paste.

If you are creating separate rooms, suggest you name them differently so guests can easily distinguish them.

Thank you Joan.  I am going to have just the 3 bedrooms to rent. I do not have the intention to rent the whole house right now. I am going to have 3 listings then. I am going to use the option "create a new listing" and have them as Sharing the Blessings, Sharing the Blessings 2 and Sharing the Blessings 3.

Thank you so much.🙂

Hi @Marcia777

Just remember not everyone is religious or of your religious persuasion so a more neutral title to your listings may make more people feel come booking with you .

Ok Helen

Thank you for you concern.
