Hello I am just reading your message I am new at being a Airbnb host but I love doing it. My last Guest were great actually Allie boyfriend is a pitcher for the Pittsburgh Mariners in Florida. I am blocking of a month for some additions to my Airbnb . I would like to incorporate a deck I have in back yard along with running a fence line leading to private Outside Deck. And also see if I could put a bathroom with just showers, toilet & sink. I have a few ideas , it might turn to be a 2 room suite. So I have blocked off a month or so is this alright.
