Insights not showing
Hi. In the Getting Started box, all topics show as being completed but the box continues to show so I can’t view my Insights.
I can’t find my listing but have actually had messages from potential guests.
What more do I need to do?

Is this what you are referring to? Are you sure all the tasks have been completed? If so, contact Airbnb as advise them all tasks have been completed yet the "Get Started" page remains.
You still have full functionality for your listing. Go to the bottom of the screen and click any of the icons like Today, Messages, Listings, or Calendar.
Also, Insights are not available unless you turn on Professional Hosting tools in your Account Settings. Other Hosts have reported this issue and have added a Full Access Co Host to their account temporarily (friend/family member) in order to view Insights while Airbnb fixes their bug. The Co Host can see Insights once you turn on Professional Hosting Tools. Once Airbnb fixes it, you can delete the Full Access Co Host from your listing (if you want).

You have one active listing titled "Lazy River is calling!" and i noticed it is in the search system (see image)
You offer 20% discount (new host promotion) to first 3 bookings
No clear to me what your question is about "but the box continues to show" ?

Hi,
Thank you for your quick response.
I was able to find my listing, but I am unable to see the Insights that show how many views it has had. Other community chats mention the "Insights" menu is probably obstructed by the "New to Airbnb" box. I've clicked Get Started within the box and all requirements show as being completed so I'm wondering when the box will disappear so I can get more information. Currently my Menu is very limited.

Hello Kim,
It sounds like you’re experiencing a common issue with the Getting Started box. Even if it shows all topics as completed, sometimes the system doesn’t update correctly, which can prevent Insights from appearing.
A few things you can try:
Log out and back in, or refresh the page.
Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
Ensure your listing is fully published and all required details (photos, pricing, description, calendar) are completed.
