Integrating with Other Services

Google and Facebook keep serving up ads to me about getting additional business by signing up with VRBO and Guesty. I have two rooms available right now that I am hoping to rent, so I looked into the Guesty option. I don't get it. I watched the video and still don't get how paying them a monthly fee is going to increase my business. I am not so sure about integrating my AirBnB listings with another service either. Seems like it could turn out to be a technological nightmare that causes all kinds of bugs and problems that diminishes my business instead of increasing it. Has anybody else tried it? Would you recommend it? I am leaning towards NO WAY and would appreciate hearing from people who have tried it.
