Is your smart pricing working?

I noticed today my smart pricing is on but same price is showing throughout the year. Anybody else doing the same?

Hi @Rosina55 

Yes that often happens to me. It seems to be when there are no price trends pulling some of the nights up over your minimum price. As long as you are still getting bookings, it may not necessarily mean that you have to revise your minimum price, but you can keep an eye on it.

"This tool automatically adjusts your nightly price based on demand"
