Welcome to the Community, I'm sure that you are going to learn a lot with the help of other hosts. What I would recommend you is to ask the Community what can you improve. In order to do this, you should ask for a " Critique my listing" adding your links so hosts can jumo into the conversation sharing tips.

I think maybe reading the Airbnb Help pages advising setting up a new listing and how you should present would be good to read.
