Hi, I am dealing with a vindictive guest and I have had my listing suspended. I was told it would take 7 days to appeal but that time has lapsed. My last 5 reviews are 5 star and I really would like to figure out how to resolve this as I rely on Airbnb to pay my mortgage and I can’t get a hold of anyone in that department. Would rely appreciate a response from an in house airbnb member.
