Linen & Towels

Hi Everyone, We are very new to Hosting & have just had a 30 day reservation. Our previous 2 x Stays have been less than a week so we really didnt intervein during their stay. The flat has a washer /dryer but do we need to change sheets & towels every week? If so is there a charge for this? we do have a $100 cleaning fee for the duration of the stay. Thankyou!

I regulary do long term.  I  persomally don't enter a bedroom in use, I feel that a person feels their bedroom is a private area.

I supply a washer and dryer and laundry soap.  I also have double linens for all my rooms, so I also offer a trade you give me dirty sneets I will give you clean sheets.
