List my property for monthly renting only.

I want to only list my property for monthly renting. 

Whether Airbnb service can support that.

I am a visual learner, and often include screen shots and examples.

1. Click the calendar icon on your listings dashboard page. 
2. Select the word Availability located at the upper right of the Calendar.  
3. In the Trip Length section, set the minimum and maximum number of nights per stay, e.g. 30 nights minimum and 180 nights maximum, for a listing that accepts only long-term stays.
