You have chosen that only an Experienced First Guest can book your property. They would need at least 3 stays on Airbnb to qualify to book your place. This setting is helpful for new Hosts, but does restrict who can book the property:

Change to Any Guest

To change to Any Guest, go to your Account Settings:
