Good day!
My name is Ciano. I am a new host.
I would like some advise on how to make my space more appealing to guests online. For the description, I can only have 500 words. Where do I add more info about the “space” on the main page of the listing? I see some other listings with more than 500 words on the main page. How do I go to do the same? Please advise.
If you have any other suggestions on how to make my listing more appealing online, please share.
Thank you!
Ciano

@Ciano484 Consider the 'Listing Description' as the 'romance' copy, the next opportunity to further describe your place is in 'The Space' sector where it has no cap and lastly the particular realities (and instructions) to your place should be under the third section called 'Other Things to Note'.
Good luck.

Thank you very much. Noted. This is helpful.
Hi @Ciano484 your house is stunning!
However, I was turned off when I got to the end and read, “property manager lives in basement.” Two questions. Is the basement private and totally separate/locked off from 1st and 2nd floors? Why is property manager living at property? Of course, this is none of my business but for privacy sake, I wouldn’t want to rent here.
Now I rent out my basement, but I’m the host, which sounds less intimidating than property manager. And my guest has total privacy. If yours does too, that’s great! At the present time, I have a long term renter, and so far I’ve seen him twice in 6 weeks-once when he checked in and again when I was watering my garden.
If the property manager is a co-host, I think that would be better.
Hi Gwen,
Thank you for the feedback. I appreciate it.
Yes, the basement is private, locked off from the 1st and 2nd floors- and completely separate. There is a different entrance to the basement. There is a separate apartment in the basement (very common for the New York metropolitan area). It’s the Co-host who lives in the separate apartment. I will change the verbiage, to avoid confusion with future guests.
Thank you very much!
