How do people deal with Airbnb anymore?

I cannot get anyone to respond at Airbnb, just get transferred around.

I have successfully hosted for over 2 years and decided to add a listing of another room at my house.

A disgruntled guest gave me a bad review and claimed it was unsafe, and now my entire house is ineligible for hosting and an appeal only got me a response of "prove to us it's a different address".

This is ridiculous that a company is unable to resolve a simple case of a punitive review which has now rendered me unable to host.
