Im a new host , I have an airbnb in Delbarton West Virginia
im trying to get my listing to show up in the surrounding towns? Like Matewan, Gilbert,Williamson, Ragland & Lenore any advice is appreciated:) Thank you in advance!!

When a guest searches on Airbnb, listings in nearby towns are automatically rotated into the search results. For example, I typed "Matewan" to test how it would work in your area. On page 1 most listings were in Matewan, but there were also 2 in McCarr and one in Delbarton.
So to optimise your listing for nearby towns, you can do exactly the same as you would do to optimise it for your own town. Make your listing as complete and as attractive as possible, and try to do the things that will boost you in search results:

If you're looking to optimise your Airbnb listing to appear in search results outside of Airbnb (e.g. Google), then you could consider adding the town names to the text in the hopes that they would be picked up as key words. However, I'd be careful about how I go about this - make sure that you don't just randomly throw in place names that could confuse guests and cause low review scores in the location category.
