We just lost a long booking because I wasn't able to log in from my Android phone online. Would that have been because my partner was on his computer online at the time but was busy elsewhere and didn't realise there was a booking request?
Do you share one account @Sharon1729 if you are set up as a cohost you should be both able to log in at the same time but I'm not sure. What did Airbnb say?
