Looking for cleaner/key holder for apartment in Riga, Latvia

I have a furnished apartment in Riga.  As i dont live there i need basic changeover clean / linen change services and emergency key holder service.  Any company I asked want more than then the entire years rent so if you are company please dont message me.  Ideally a mom and pop style outfit.  Thanks.

It can definitely be tricky finding reliable local help when you’re hosting remotely - especially in smaller markets like Riga.

You might have better luck reaching out to independent cleaners or small property-service providers through:
• Facebook groups such as “Expats in Riga” or “Riga Property Owners” — many members there offer personal cleaning/key-holding services.
• Local WhatsApp or Telegram groups (common for Riga property hosts).
• The Airbnb Co-Host search tool - you can set your listing’s location to Riga and see local co-hosts who handle exactly this type of light management.

That combination usually helps you find smaller “mom and pop” setups without the big-agency pricing.

You need a cleaning company to provide this sort of function. 

cohosts don't tend to offer cleaning services directly .
