Main bold title below search results, where does it come from?

This question specifically refers to the bold heading below the thumbnails in search results.

I have several waterfront rooms on Laguna de Apoyo a volcano crater lake in the jungle of Nicaragua.

Clearly I want Laguna de Apoyo to be what shows in bold below the thumbnail when someone searches. If you search Laguna de Apoyo my rooms appear in search results but the bold title below the image says "A room in Departmento de Mas....." This is no good, it refers to the state we are in, totally lacking in any specifics that might appeal.

Where does this title come from? I seem to have no control over it.

My listing title, for example, "La Camita, Finca Malinche, Laguna de Apoyo " appears below the bold title.
