Maximum guest to include baby?

Hi everyone

I have a small property with double bed and 2 singles, but also offer a travel cot. The maximum occupancy is currently set to 4, but I wonder if it should include the cot and therefore be 5? I had an enquiry from a couple with 3 daughters, asking if the sofa is big enough to sleep on - it isn't listed as a sofa bed and I wouldn't accept that. I mentioned the travel cot and asked the age of his youngest daughter. He didn't say, but asked me how long the cot is, and I assume was away to measure his daughter 😄.  My question is, should my listing be 4 or 5? If 5, I guess I will get bookings for 5 adults who haven't read the blurb.

@Jane3587 keep occupancy as 4. Airbnb don't count infants (up to 2) which is daft but thats how it is in Airbnb land.
