Message to contact support when changing market of listing

Dear,

I would like to update my airbnb hosting profile. I have previously rented out my room in a shared flat via airbnb when still living in Brussels. Currently I am living in Antwerp and would like to offer my second bedroom in my own flat as possibility to be rented. 

Under the tab “Location” the address is still the one from Brussels. When I want to change it to my new address in Antwerp I get following message:

”Sorry, please contact support if you need to change the market of your listing.”

Could you please help me with this?

Hi @Joris69 🌿

You need to snooze or delete your old listing and create a brand new one with your new address and city. It is not possible to alter an address after a place has been booked. Your reviews will follow you as a host so you won’t loose your reviews.
