Unfortunately, the custom settings for monthly stays was removed by Airbnb in the Summer 2023 Release. 😥

The only way to set custom pricing for specific months currently is to turn on Pro Tools and use a Rule Set. Below is a guide that explains how to do that with screen shots. Many Hosts find this much more difficult than the previous functionality, but it's the only option for now:
