Has anyone else noticed their listings no longer displaying the average nightly rate until dates are input (VRBO format)? Mine stopped showing it around 9/27. They still show on the map search page though.

If I add a booking fee is it nonrefundable and not tied into the cancelation policy? None of the cancelation policies are acceptable for me so adding a simple nonrefundable fee to book would sure help.
