Unpaid claims

I’ve had 3  individuals stay at my place; one stayed a month, 3 weeks later the next guest came and the seam on my futon was destroyed.
AirBnB states ‘wear and tear’! This is odd as the first tenant stayed over 30 days and after clean up, ( which I clean ALL my properties) (for a time such as this)and I DID NOT NOTICE any damage whatsoever! The next person came 3 weeks later and after they left, my sofa was destroyed? 
I assumed my property was protected by the AirBnB insurance. They did not offer me ANYTHING! This was NOT normal ‘wear and tear”  for a recently purchased and then used for 3 months? I’m insulted…highly.

How do I contact corporate office to report my losses? HELP!
