Multiple Listings for same property ... Permitted?

What is the policy of Air BnB regarding properties which list the same room multiple times?

There is a hotel in my town that has three listings with the same rate for the same rooms.

is this permitted?

The problem is that Airbnb is awful at understanding how many rooms are in a property. So if I have 12 rooms I either add an extra guest fee or else just separate listings which is awful to manage
