My condo was incorrectly categorized and I have appealed multiple times to get it corrected and it was rejected every time.

Hi there

I have a ski in/out condo that was not categorized 'ski in/out' when this category was created.  I have appealed three times but rejected each time.  I have spoken to about 4 people (or more), also messaged and emailed an address I was given.  The issue seems to be that it is a computer decision but there is no logic in this decision as my property description from which the computer decision is made (apparently)  includes information, maps and and loads of reviews which all show that the property is ski in/out.  I really don't know how to get this fixed. 

I would appreciate any suggestions.
