Agree with others, retake the outside shots without the 'for sale' sign. If people think your property is for sale they won't book because maybe it sells before their travel dates, or maybe prospective buyers will be walking through while they're there. And I would probably move the Fiat before taking the shots too.
I would probably invest in a professional photographer who knows exactly how to capture the best elements of your property - AirBnB has a cost effective service for this.
You seem to have a 7 day minimum for bookings. You may want to rethink this as the lack of flexibility will get you shuffled lower in the deck by the AirBnB algorithm.
I always get ChatGPT to help me with my text. I showed it your listing and it gave me this:
Escape to your own slice of paradise in this lovely, centrally located cottage just minutes from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of Fort Myers Beach! Perfect for small families, couples, or small groups seeking a relaxed Florida getaway, this welcoming home offers easy beach access and a prime spot close to restaurants, shops, pier activities, and all the Gulf Coast fun.Step inside to a bright and comfortable setup that sleeps up to 5-6 guests flexibly:
- Bedroom: Queen bed + cozy couch for extra lounging or sleeping
- Living room: Additional queen bed + couch, plus 2 air mattresses for versatile arrangements—ideal for families or friends

@Shani234 You have a for sale sign in your photos. Would you want to stay in a home that might be shown to people by the realtor while you are there?

Dear Shani,
Welcome to the community and glad that you ask for tips.
I consider myself still a rookie but maybe i can give you some good tips on your listing.
Like Lorna said the sign "on sale" in the first photo, it s not very inviting to book.
I will focus on make a professional photoshoot of your apartment so that the potential guests will understand better how every space it s organised.
Make a detailed description of your place and all the benefits of booking your Airbnb respect of others that are in the same brachets rate or in the same Page.
leave a book with all the suggestions about restaurants ,coffe bar and activities that you can find nearby the apartment to help your guests have a perfect holiday in Florida.
There are other tons of suggestions that i can give you and other Airbnb community hosts more expert than me can give you.
But i hope to be helpful, for every questions or info don t hesitate to ask , i Will be glad to give you some suggestions
