We are SuperHosts with Airbnb for 4 years in a row. We have 5 listings and all of the sudden none of our listings are showing up in searches. They show as "active" and "listed" on our end but when a traveler tries to find it or if we share a property link it just doesn't show up. We had a few guests contact us saying our listing says it's no longer available... Has anyone experience something like this before?
The only thing we can think of is that we signed up to host Covid19 first responders but on the same day we signed up, we changed our minds and opted out because we didn't want to put our cleaning crew at risk, some of them are over 60 years old. Is it possible that when we sign up for this program our listings are no longer showing up under a normal search? Maybe when we "opted out" of the program the system didn't take it?
Please share your thoughts, ideas, tips... We have been hit hard with cancellations during this crisis and our only chance at survival is the ability to book future reservations. We are desperate, hope you can helps us! We called Airbnb and they have escalated our case to a different department but we haven't heard from anyone.
