New Host Account: Want to keep your business account separate?

Hi!

I am wanting to create my airbnb host profile and am offered two options:

1. Looks like you already have an individual account: Use this Account
2. Want to keep your business account separate? Create a new Account instead

The page does not elaborate any further than that, and I cannot find anything that discusses this further.

I tried to contact support, but that was not at all helpful.

My question, which one should I choose?

1. Does it make a difference?
2. Is the only difference my email address?
3. Pro's/Con's for each?
4. Other considerations?

I would want to make sure I can have Co-Hosts/Teams with either method, and would prefer to host as a Company rather under my name (if that makes a difference in deciding which one to use).

@Darren399   You will need a different email address and a different phone number in order to establish a business account.  The email and phone number will have to be verified before you can go much further with your listing.

Do you mean you want to provide cohosting services or do you want to use cohosts for your listing @Darren399
