Hi, 

I love your container home!  I’m starting as a host as well(In Gainesville FL) but I own an STR in Ojochal Phase 5.  We’re neighbors!  As far as advice, I’d post some wild life pictures.  I have recommendations for cleaners, plumbers, gardeners etc if you’re new in town.  My manager is a great contact as well.  Shoot me a whats up if you have questions.  ** Welcome!
