Hello @Lynn2051 ,
In your profile, there are two listings: the old one from the previous owner, which has over 100 reviews in 2 years, and your new listing. Clearly, the previous listing worked well.
Why not start by replicating what worked? Copy the details from the old listing into yours, including the description and photo arrangement. For example, why are the first and second pictures in your listing the same? Try arranging the photos in the same order as the previous owner.
Additionally, I noticed that the old listing mentions 7 beds, while yours lists only 3. Make sure you align with what the previous owner had, so you’re starting from the same strong foundation.
I didn’t check the pricing, but if you follow the previous owner’s strategy for both low and high seasons, it should work fine.
One more thing to consider: When people see your listing, it’s after they’ve done a search. A more appealing title that evokes feelings and emotions might stand out more than a technical or descriptive one. For example, something like “A Home in the Woods” could create a stronger connection. Just some food for thought.
