Hello there fellow hosts,
I am new here as a host, I have been using airbnb for quite some time but as a guest.
But due to financial circumstances, I needed to offer my unit for rent.
I would appreciate your tips and tricks to get more guests.
I do need the income and I need it pretty soon.
so, I just had one guest so far, any ideas if this is the case for long? Or does it increase when I am hosting for some time, when should I expect it to be sustainable income? Or it won’t?
Appreciate your advice and insights please.
also if you have any feedback to improve my listing or get it more exposure this also will be appreciated.
thank you, and happy hosting to all of you

Did you do any market research before starting up on likely supply and demand for your sort of listing in your location?. @Marwa123 - this would help you understand how busy you are likely to be.
if you need secure, sustainable income you would be better doing a long term rental

yes it does of course take time to build up your STR business and bookings .
you get guests by;
1. having a clear idea of which type of guests are your target market and building your listing around them
2. being in a location your target market wants to visit
3. having a well written listing with strong photography
4. marketing your STR business across all relevant STR platforms and setting yourself up to take direct bookings
5. Not operating in an oversaturated market
6. instilling trust in guests - you have no profile photo and haven't filled in your host profile.
I don't have time to do a full review of your listing but if you are aiming your listing at families - why have all single beds? The master bedroom should be a queen or king size beds.
