Newby question

Hey just getting started and got a guest that booked but is asking for a change already.  When they "accept" do they make their down payment?  Just wondering if the guest has any skin in the game before I start making changes.

they just want to add a day to the reservation but a few of their reviews show they ask for a lot changes.

That doesn't sound good. @Tim3966 

But extending by a day if you have availability is okay.

they need to send you an amendment request which you can accept.

personally I wouldn't accept any last minute requests to reduce the length of stay or try to move to a later date.

How did you get on with this guest? Did you extend their stay in the end?

No.  I waited about a day and a half and asked her if that's what they still wanted to do and she replied she was going to keep it as is.  So it kind of worked itself out.
