I think we have almost opposite problems !
You plainly want as little gap as possible between bookings (1 night being reasonable), or want a decent gap to allow a worthwhile booking... That sounds like an efficient and viable setting..
Our settings are to leave at least 1 night gap before and after each guest with a 3 night minimum booking. Simple enough.. just a one night rule. Not so. This week, a gap of 3 nights between one group of guests and another was entirely filled by an Instant Book! Where are the applied settings of "1 night gap before and after each guest" applied? - They were not, they were non-existent! Further to this, where are Airbnb's social responsibilities regarding Covid cleaning here on same day turnaround?
Clearly, this was a system error, yet the CS Agent wanted to blame us quoting that an IB could request to stay. Possibly 'request' but definitely not book!
If you could set a rule to suit your booking efficiency @Ben205 , just don't rely on it working.
