If there is no view, lead with the brightest, widest living-space shot. 2) Title should lead with the searchable USP, like "Burj Khalifa view, 5 min to Dubai Mall", not the building name, and make sure every filter amenity (pool, gym, parking, AC) is ticked, Dubai guests filter hard on those.
