Hi, saw your post about low bookings near Burj Khalifa. In a market that crowded the cover photo decides almost everything, so two checks: 1) If the apartment has any Burj Khalifa or skyline view, that view must be the first photo, it is your biggest differentiator against hundreds of similar Downtown units. If there is no view, lead with the brightest, widest living-space shot. 2) Title should lead with the searchable USP, like "Burj Khalifa view, 5 min to Dubai Mall", not the building name, and make sure every filter amenity (pool, gym, parking, AC) is ticked, Dubai guests filter hard on those.
After two years a quiet listing usually slipped in ranking, so a short promo plus Instant Book and fast responses rebuild velocity. Hope that points you in the right direction.

IMO it is about pricing. Taxes are rather high , your weekly discount is only 2% (monthly 4%) and there are a lot of compatitors in the area.
Maybe also check your statistics, like amount of views (menu "insights")
