Payouts

Hello,  I have problems getting my payouts to reflect in my South African account.  It's been more than 3 weeks that I have been busy with Airbnb.  They have not been of much help, their reply on all support and calling, is the money was sent to my account.  Check with your bank.  

Every time a new person, then after an hour it will be exalted higher,  with no joy.   It is close to R80 000, which is a lot of money for a South African.

can anyone guide me,
