Hi everyone, what do you think about my space? I am new to airbnb and trying to improve my guest experience.
You seem not to be "new on Airbnb", as in another message you mention to be "three months on Airbnb".
Your profile shows two listing, on one your are the co-host, on the other one you are the host.
I assume you are referring to the listing you host yourself ?
On that listing i would suggest to add the (no)smoking, (no)pets and no(parties) houserules.
thank you for that. those suggestions are great, I appreciate it. I was wondering if the items in the home matters more than the description of the space. that where my concerns are. Are booking based on what they see or what they read? thanks again for your help.
It looks like the same house for two listings, that will cause you a problem when the Airbnb computers flag as a duplicate listing. Both listings will be suspended. Change one listing to 1 bedroom second bedroom locked change max to 2 and then price for 2 Creates a second market of just a couple in that listing then not considered duplicate.
I see you fixed and added table. Closets are great but you don't hang underwear or most kids vacation clothes for a beach vacation either dressers or I have found online a little plastic hanging drawers just hang on the closet rod.
The negative Guest hurt the Overall Review number. I know just cranky because he says you are great. Use the Airbnb Custom Discounts available on your calendar. Discount 20 & and Airbnb markets. You don't have to discount a big group of days. When I want traffic for one listing for four different weeks I pick 3 days each week. Doesn't limit Guest in amount of days to reserve just which days are sale and which days full price. Your Reviews are excellent and all but 1 5s. So a few more 5s will bring you back up.
