Hi Everyone, I have my first 2 listings in Cozumel, Mexico (links below), and I would be super grateful for your experienced ...
Looking for honest opinions on what I can do to improve, I tried to think about many options for guests and have more than the basics available. However, I would like to still get a good set of eyes on our space and get feedback on where there is room for improvement.

Just my thoughts dining table seats 4 patio seats 4 and living room seats 4 what if I am a group of 6?
Okay sleep sofa for 2 people. To open there is a glass top coffee table that has to be moved. Glass means heavy. Glass can scratch or crack if I move it. Where can I safely move it and keep it until I put it back?
Your not a comfortable set up for six. There would be lots of negatives. I would change your max to 4 and not invite negatives.
I know the Airbnb Photo Tour now can be a pain. Try to get it to pick a better cover picture than a bedroom your back patio area is great. The only way I found around it now since I can no longer move pictures, I delete it's choices until I agree and then I upload the deleted pictures usually that works. lol

I just started in the Month of April, so I want to find where I can improve right out of the gate! thank you
Hi Elise - Thank you for including me. Hi @Aileen177 - I love you place, and also just read through the previous comments. They’ve literally said it all, so I won’t be redundant. Thanks again!
Hi @Aileen177 & @Elisa
Your property looks nice and cozy! However, I noticed that in your Airbnb listing photos, it’s difficult to get a clear sense of the overall space. While the bed is visible, the area surrounding it isn’t shown clearly, which makes it hard for potential guests to understand the room layout and size. The same goes for the living area, kitchen, and bathroom wider shots or angles that show the full space would really help.
Few suggestions
Include corner angles when photographing each room to show depth and layout.
Hope this helps
Hi @Aileen177 I came to say what @Patricia2526 said. You want to give the guest a feel for the rooms so take full pics of each space from doorway and a corner of the room getting the best features. I think you have too many pics of upclose things and it's not necessary.
Your description can be a lot more filled out, fill in all the fields in Airbnb offered.
I would put some small lamps on those end tables flanking the couch.
Tag your bedrooms in your photos so the sleeping area will show under where you will sleep.
Use your title to stop the scroll.
Cozy Retreat BBQ Grill Fireplace 1.5 Mi to Asante
If you have some pics of backyard and BBQ that would be nice. Guests love an outdoor space.

@Marie8425 Marie I appreciate your input. I did think about the glass table that needs to be moved, now I know it will be a pain. Thank you 🙂
First consider what will be your market usually 4 or 6 Guests. If I am renting a space that is suitable for 4 and very nice like yours, then yes as a customer it is not a discount space. My mindset is not a bargain bottom price and yes I treat the rental in that better mindset.
If I have 6 people and now the living room doubles as a bedroom. I know I am squeezing 6 people in a 4 people house. My mindset is I am cramped but that is okay because I want a bargain. This is a bargain cheap space so my level of carefulness probably isn't the same has a higher rental. What you offer not how many heads you can fit determines what customer's will pay.
If you change max to 4 but just put in the description sleep sofa can be arranged with you for additional charge. Then you can move the table prior occasionally.
