Hello everyone, new host here 👋

Ask lang po sana ako ng insights sa mga walang backup for electricity and water. Ano po usually ginagawa ninyo lalo ngayon na naka-red alert ang electric provider at madalas ang rotational brownout?

I have a small apartment po and I want to prepare better for guests during outages. Any tips or suggestions would really help, aside from installing a hybrid solar system since medyo malaking gastos po siya for now.

Best to inform your guests as soon as possible, especially if the rotational brownouts may affect their comfort, internet connection, air conditioning, water pressure, elevators, or check-in experience. Guests usually appreciate proactive communication more than being surprised after arrival. 

Most guests understand that widespread outages are outside the host’s control, but poor communication can lead to frustration and lower reviews.

For arriving guests, definitely mention it before check-in so expectations are managed properly.
