Pre-approval

I have a pre-approval which came in for 1 adult. The guest's note states her and her husband. Shouldn't the preapproval state 2 adults?

Yes, the original inquiry should be done for 2 guests.

Retract the pre approval and ask guest to sent a correct booking request.

BTW

If your price is same for 1 or 2 guests, you can also ask thr guest to change reservation after it is confirmed  ("change" option) to two guests.

I could not remember if they had been in the past as most of our reservations are for one person. I have not preapproved yet.  There are a few things raising my brow regarding this one.  I advised them to resubmit for two.
