I wanted to see about pricing.

i thought  my price would adjust to higher rates at peak times of availability.

for instance, holiday weekend pricing?

can you give me some guidance?

I’ve not been impressed with the on demand pricing. My base rate is $149 a night. I do $199 for major holidays and $175 for event weekends. This way I’m always in control of the price.
