@Hannah1592 I think it is crazy expensive for a room in a house BUT I do not know the local market or alternatives.

What you should do is look for similar properties (rooms not entire places) on Airbnb and booking.com.

Only you will know which are comparable to what you offer.

A similar property in the next road to me is priced at £92 without the 25 foot addition terrace that comes with mine

@Hannah1592  We hosts can set the price at whatever we want, but I would say if you want more bookings, lower the price.  You can do this while it is low season, and then increase it as it gets closer to the high season.
