Pricing

Pricing

I've set up my prices per weekday and weekend day, but when I look at my calendar the price doesn't match what I've set up.... Ideas?

thanks

@Roger36

I noticed you own 2 listings. Which listing are you referring to ?

What are the prices set in the editor and what are the prices showing in the listing calendar ?

its my 2  bedroom listing. the weekends are ok, but the weekdays on the calendar says 78,  and when i click on any weekday it says $78 - 200, when it shouid say $200

thx

@Roger36

I only see a 1 bedroom and a 3 bedroom listing.

The first one has no available dates to book (so i can not see the prices).

The second one has a 31 nights minimum, only monthly prices are shown.

Did you activate "smart pricing" unintended ?

Hi @Roger36

I can see two listings on your profile, and this particular one appears to be set up as a shared space. However, the calendar is completely blocked off. Did you manually block those dates, or could there be an issue with the listing settings?

You might also want to double-check a few things on your end sometimes calendars get blocked due to linked listings, minimum stay requirements, or syncing issues across multiple listings.

Your 3-bedroom listing currently has a minimum stay requirement of 31 days, which limits how it appears in search results. Because of this, I wasn’t able to check your weekday versus weekend pricing on my end shorter stays simply won’t show up or reflect those differences.

Also, if you’ve set up monthly or long-stay discounts, those will automatically apply to bookings that meet the 31-night requirement. That’s likely why you’re seeing a different total price compared to your base nightly rate. The platform adjusts the pricing to reflect the discount over the full stay, so it can look inconsistent at first glance.

OK, the 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom listing should have a 31 day minimum as per changes to local laws. The 2 bedroom listing is currently  unavailable because I had to submit a copy of my licence which is still up for review

@Patricia2526 OK, so my registration with the city was approved today. When I check my calendar nothing is available, I see an option to make my place   bookable but I'd like to fix this problem before I get any bookings... what should I do?
