Property not Showing Up in Mexico

Hello! 

Our house managers are currently at our Villa in Mexico and they were searching our rental for the summer to see if it shows up but it is currently not showing up for them on Airbnb.mx when they search. We booked multiple people last year on Airbnb from Mexico and we received all positive reviews and our listing status is Good (no negative reviews). There is no drastic changes accept improvements to our home page and a new integration with Lodgify. We also changed our currency from MXN to USD with the integration, but I wouldnt think that would be a reason that we would not show up in Mexico What are other ways to get us to show back up in Mexico because it is our largest market and we are nowhere to be found when searching in Mexico.

Good news!  I made a private search on Airbnb.mx and entered a week in August (had checked that these dates were available on your calendar) and entered 11 guests.  You came up on page 2!  So that's great.

If your house managers didn't enter any dates and put in a low guest count then this might explain why your place didn't show up.  You hava a capacity of 16+ so the algorithm is unlikely to throw up your place if no guest count or a low number of guests is entered in the field as there are thousands of other places to choose from.

Your place is lovely, you have a promotion in place so you just have to be sure that you are competitive in relation to other houses similar to yours.
