Hello,

I have 2 questions: 

 1 - Do I have to get passport information of guests despite airbnb keeps passport and Id information? Should I get it through airbnb message or whatsapp? Is this must?

2 - Can I open multiple homes in Berlin (or in Germany general)? I read that you can rent second home only up to 90 days per year? What if I open an apartment and rent it without anmeldung myself?

1. Depends on whether it's a legal requirement in your country. Some hosts do some don't.

2. you would need to check with your local government for  STR regulations .
