Refund issue

I cancelled a reservation and it's says I'm not eligible for a refund but the policy says I get a partial refund if I canceled it before the fourth of June.... I cancelled a week ago it's still April!

What was the cancelation policy, @Gerry173, when did you book, and what were the dates?

@Gerry173 Did you pay for the reservation in full yet? My guess is that you only paid 50% when you booked. So, in other words, you can keep the remaining 50% that you have yet to pay Airbnb.
