Refundable pet fee

Hey Hosts!

 

Interested to hear feedback how you are approaching refundable pet deposits (pending there is little to no pet damage)? Up until now we were able to itemize the pet fee without affecting the daily rate. However Airbnb's recent update lumps this together - driving up our rate.
