Need help renting out timeshare weeks in Cabo?

Good question! What does your deed/contract allow? Please be careful about offering timeshare weeks if there is any sort of restriction in your deed. Building management may also need to be part of the situation. Also, definitely be careful about insurance protections, as the legal system in Mexico can at times be trickier to navigate than we anticipate.

This is not from my personal experience;  it is something a friend went through in Mexico with his condo. Happy Hosting!
