Hi,

How do I set up/advertise  a senional rental? We are currently renting weekly, but we would like to rent our unit for the winter.

@Karl1319 you can use a ruleset to increase the minimum term in the low season. Alternatively find a different route to market in the winter and block the dates in the Airbnb calendar
